The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without notice within the framework of the statutory provisions:
a) In cases of force majeure, war, strike or other important reasons
b) If the tenant is a considerable nuisance to other holiday guests, uses the rented property contrary to the contract or behaves immorally.
