The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. The declaration of withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter. The landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without notice within the framework of the statutory provisions:
a) In cases of force majeure, war, strike or other important reasons
b) If the tenant is a considerable nuisance to other holiday guests, uses the rented property contrary to the contract or behaves immorally.
